Jack has a wealth of experience coaching individuals and groups from novice to elite levels. As head coach Jack is responsible for programming Gym66 group training workouts, drawing upon his knowledge he has developed over the last 4 years coaching our members.

Frankie comes from a background in professional rugby league. Having played elite level sport and learning from top athletes and coaches, he now focuses his efforts on helping others to improve their health, fitness, and strength through training at the gym.
