The aim for this is to go light and fast through the reps. However, I still want to see quality movement. Just because I’ve said fast doesn’t mean rush it. There are a lot of reps, so don’t be a hero and go to heavy other wise you will be getting a visit from Dennis Rodman. And we don’t want that do we!
